Re: Investors????????

Yeah it sucks, no one wants to lend these guys money to purchase new buildings... So lots of smart people are putting funds together with rich buddies and strangers.

I know property owners with A+ portfolios and 20 million dollar (performing) loans getting rejected for renewal, and end up struggling to get refinanced elsewhere.

Only if it's first tier preferred terms @ 20% guaranteed min return buddy! Then and only then can you have my treefitty!

I have the perfect tax shelter for all you investors.
First,
mail me $20,000 to invest in a "sure-thing"
Second,
when you never hear from me again, the loss is fully tax deductible.

Hey, lookee there, I just made my post #treefiddy

I need to know your last asking price and I will arrange to have my shipping agent pick up my item.

I'll need an address to send a Cashiers check to......

Re: Investors????????

Look, the best thing you can do is to prepare a well constructed business plan with a complete analysis of your business and your specific part of the industry with a complete financial assessment for your project - preferrebly done by professionals. In the US you have access to some of the most brilliant minds in the world so draw from them what you need.

There should be a number of companies who specialise in business plans and then once that's done, approach a venture capital company, they should not be very hard to find, assuming you also have "yellow pages".

Why, aren't you the son of the President-General Maluppiappiwatto who was tragically killed, yet left you with such struggles , my friend as to move his accounts, my friend? What are the odds that you would be here to help like this.

Re: Investors????????

Hey no looking back,

Please identify who you are. I am connected to someone who has actively raised money for a business that I already invested in, and from what I have learned, you do not need to focus on location when it comes to investors. In fact, the opportunity I am in involved with has investors from 3 different states and 2 countries. But I would like to know who you are to further discuss.
