I'm Moving!

This is what's been taking up my mind lately.
Back in December, we were having a family dinner, with all 3 of my sons, my wife, and my soon to be daughter in law, who at that point was 6 months pregnant (my oldest son, Adam, met her in April, she move in with him in June, they got engaged in July, pregnant in August, married in March and presented me with a grand daughter in April).
They were looking for a place to live, and I joking said that we should get a family compound. To my surprise, everyone agreed. So, we started looking.
we decided to look a little north in rural areas, to both get some acreage and perhaps relocate the business as well.

The first one we looked at was called "Fox Farm". it is a 6 acre horse farm (at least till this Thursday, when we move) with a 2500 sq ft house, a 3/4 acre pond, a small stand of trees, two bridges over the ends of the pond, and....and.... and.... a two floor 4500 sq ft barn! And a 25x25 freestanding brick shop. It's 400 ft wide by over 600 ft deep! We looked at literally dozens of other properties, but we kept coming back to this one. We all fell in love with it (even my in-laws, who are very conservative), so we made an offer and eventually won the property.

We will be renovating the house over the next few years. We had it inspected, and it is in excellent shape, but it's 55 years old, and looks it. I think the kitchen and wall paper date from the day it was built.
The barn has 2 floors, with vehicle access to both. I will finally have the dream hobby garage I've always dreamed of. Not to mention a place to store my cars, and to run the business. Pictures will come, soon.
The second floor has a 20' celing, so I will be building a 15x20 mezanine to act as my man cave. (I have tons of left over and scrap lumber: I don't care much what the floor looks like: a bit of paint and some tile and it'll be fine)
You know: a big screen tv, a beer fridge, a leather couch, a **** shelf, that sort of thing. Unfortunately, I don't drink at all, so some of you will have to come over and help me with the beer.

It's been kind of surreal, and I really haven't paid a lot of attention (my wife has arranged the mortgage and such) but now that it's 5 days away, I'm starting to get excited.
There is actually a nice sign out front that says "FoxFarm". We kinda like the name, and since we have 3 "foxbody" Mustangs, we figure the omens are good. So we're keeping the name. Never had a house with a name before!

My current house has no grass. I paved it with stone and built a huge deck 10 years ago, and we don't even own a lawnmower. (god forbid any one of my 6' tall + adult sons should ever have to mow lawns) I guess buying 6 acres of grass is karma getting back at me.

I love the sound of the acerage and the pond. Is it stocked?

How many families are going to be living there though and is it all in the same house?
