I was talking last evening to my uncle who lives 50 miles from me we grew up together and are both contractors. we shot the breeze awhile and came around to the stimulus package that we as taxpayers wont ever see. He told me on some news show on cnn that if that first 325 billion package that the Bush adminstration gave out were given to every man and woman in America that filed last year we could expect 40,000 each for our share. I did not sit down and do the math to see if this is even close to accurate. But would that not have been the smartest thing any politician could have done. Now that my friends would give this country a much needed shot in the arm. Lets call it the trickle up theory! I guess we will just have to be content with the 800 dollars they kicking around. Heck that dont even get me through walmart. and we all know where walmart dollars go dont we. CHINA

The US isnt the only country doing it, Ive probably been reading to much on the NWO but what ive been reading is the countries are doing it to collapse the currency and start a new currenct the whole world uses.

correct i was basing that on that on familys or singles filing returns not neccessarily paying taxes.
my point was and no i still did not do the exact math. was that if you would put that same money in the hands of we American working folks we would spend that money on.
House payments= helping the lending institutions
New car = putting autoworkers back on line
Down payment on new home= put us back to work

come to think of it no matter how we would spend that same 800+ billion we would have put this country back on track even if we only spent it at the dollar store! Now the down side is none of the wall street elite would have gotten theirs... at least right away IMHO nuff said
