I Love Contractor Talk.
i got to say guys. i love this website. im only 20 years old, and graduated highschool early so i could start working early. i have been fascinated with the way people run companys, dreaming one day of my own. everythig in my life relates to hands on, whether its at home working on my harley or cars, or at work pulling wire. im thinking of going to college just for the experience and would like to be book smart also, as i see alot of you fellas are. just working for a few years you meet and see alot of people, and it just seems like most of you have really got a good grasp on how you want your company to be and strive for perfection, i dont really know where im going with this post, but more or less, just reading through what guys have to say and weeding out the stupid people and really listening to the good stuff, you guys are great motivation. thanks again.

Re: I Love Contractor Talk.
CNC and 4319... please to hear that evaluation from you guys.
I would encourage you to ask questions and listen (read) thoroughly the responses. Keep in mind, too, that none of us are journalists. We work hard every day, and unwind at the keyboard. If any of your answers from us come off as rude or short tempered, don't take it to heart. They guys here really are trying to help you out. Sometimes they are hard on you here, but that only helps you on the jobsite. Trust me on that one. We're all here to help. It might pay to use the search feature on your question first and read what you can read before you ask if you care to. That might give you are more clear idea on how to forumulate your question or rant, whatever the case may be. |

Re: I Love Contractor Talk.
Welcome
Your right this is a great website. Looks like you have a great attitude and are not affraid of work so I'm sure you can accomplish whatever you set out to do. Oh to be 20 again. I'm just a little jealous Got up the other day and realized I'll turn 40 in a couple weeks Where the hell did the last 20 years go?
