dam... Andy sorry leaving you out.....

please provide a sq/ft price to build a premium bedroom, perhaps with exterior add on, for a local deck builder with a very large quadraped...

Please include A/C, auto feeder/waterer and wifi capable video surveillance.....

also add wifi controlled access/egress and a poop sniffer in case of an accident.....

The easiest way to price thee Griz is go to Lowes or HD web site and change your store and you will get local pricing.

FWIW, the last concrete delivery I had was 2 years ago. 1 yard load, so delivery plus short load charge, plus the yard of concrete was $280.

A little about discounts. Anyone gets 10% off if they pay when they order. From there, there are volume discounts.

Rather than keeping track of all the detailed materials costs (needed to quote), I'll keep track of overall cost movements by checking package costs:
