Are you talking about using their personal phones on company time or use of company phones. If you are talking about employees on personal calls on company time that is up to you how much you want to pay them to stand around on the phone. I've never had a problem but i just would tell my employees to keep the personal calls to a minimum or take them on their breaks. If you are looking for something for company phones for employees it depends on what your phone plan is and how much you want to spend. All my phones have unlimited nights and weekends and free mobile to mobile and something like 1200 anytime minutes for the daytime and we have never had a problem with employees going over their minutes. We are a smaller company, 4 phones, and all the employees now how many minutes they have and also know they have never gone over their minutes.

personally dont have one, but i have the guys i work with on my fav 10 list for unlimited calling, known guys who's bosses would give them a phone with a certain amount of time, if they go over because of persoanal calls it comes off their pay

No, as a matter of fact now it is worse.

The one thing you don't want to do is to start editing your original post after anyone has responded to it.

Try again.
