If you are looking for something for company phones for employees it depends on what your phone plan is and how much you want to spend. All my phones have unlimited nights and weekends and free mobile to mobile and something like 1200 anytime minutes for the daytime and we have never had a problem with employees going over their minutes. We are a smaller company, 4 phones, and all the employees now how many minutes they have and also know they have never gone over their minutes.
