HOW Do I Find Commercial Tenant Finish Out Work
I have been expanding into the lite commercial type jobs and trying to phase out of residential. I have done some commercial work in the past through word of mouth referrals from existing clients and I received a couple from architects. The architects projects themselves are good, but not a reliable source for continuous leads.
What are some good/creative ways to reach clients who would let us bid on commercial tenant finish out work? Any thoughts/idea would be much appreciated. Josh Austin, TX |
