Hose Reels
I just purchased a hose reel and mounted it in the back of my trailer above the compressor. My thought is to replace the cheap hose it came with, with a 100' flex hose. Then I can just unroll the hose in the mornings and reel it in at night. Has anyone ever had any experience with these reels, how well do they work? By the way I am a roofer so it will be all exterior.

Re: Hose Reels
I use a Horizon wall mounted hose reel with spring retract in my shop with 50' of 5/8 hose on it that has worked great for last 5 years. I don't know about the 100' reels--maybe they make one that big? Mine was only about $70.

Re: Hose Reels
I got the hose reel in my shop from the Matco tool guy, it came with 100' of goodyear rubber hose and is self retracting.
