HELP!!! Leak Under Exterior Wall On Slab

I have a leak when it rains under the exterior wall of the sunroom which is set on a slab. It looks like the water is coming in through the corner of the wall on the bottom on top of the slab. I've tried to cork it but it didnt work does anyone have any suggestions.

Re: HELP!!! Leak Under Exterior Wall On Slab

The last time I saw water actually enter the building under a wall it was due to poor drainage and the water level next to the building was higher than the slab. It was caused by snow and ice buildup. Are you sure it's coming from under the wall.
Does your building have eaves?
How much water are you talking about?
Where are you located?
How would water enter a building under an exterior wall? Is the slab protruding past the wall line? What type of siding etc?

Re: HELP!!! Leak Under Exterior Wall On Slab

The slab comes out about 4 inches past the wall. Its not a lot of water it just builds up a little in the corner when it rains and then it seems like the sheet rock is soaking some of the water up and some of it puddles up. I have cedar impression vinyl siding. There are no eaves.

hmmm slabs past the wall huh? wonder what it could be

your probably going to have to remove the siding and wrb install flashing, reinstall wrb then reinstall the siding.I Would hold the j channel if your using it up a little ,a couple of drainage holes drilled into the j wouldnt be a bad idea
