Today I tell the customer that we do the pattern work and work for 95 dollar. But his needs sample firsth. Where do I go for sample

This Mother Trucker saw Bob Villa or New Yankee Work Shop do it on T.V. last week, went out & bought all the tools he saw them using & the very next day started advertising his wannabe/hack company claiming 150 experience & the most disturbing/angering part is, he'll get mork work than us!!!!!!
