Thanks for the low-down on how you would handle it.

The tub was set in place (drop-in whirlpool alcove) and the mud was being mixed for it's new bed. The HO walked by, stopped, backtracked and said..."oh... it's really white..." I said ".. Um, so is the toilet...see look-they
match" HO: "yeah. I did say white didn't I...is it too late to... (you all know the rest)"

I don't have anything in my contract about owners causing delays, but I will the next time this comes around.

In the meantime I have a gorgeous super flippin white whirlpool tub that I am considering putting on Ebay.

But I did get two call-backs today on estimates from late last week. Looks to be a good March thus far.
