Green Building

I am just wondering how many of you home builders build green homes? I am taking over the green program here in Moscow Idaho, we have just started up the program. So I am really fishing for some info on how may citys push the green program, do you have to buy into the program each time you build a green home or is a yearly fee, and if you have built green homes would you build them again?

Thanks for the info.
Justin

Moscow, I talked to these people (link) at a show this spring, they have some good info. Since we are listed on their site we get invited to green cocktail parties. I will attend one later this month, not sure what happens but free food and drinks gets my attention.

Nice to see you getting involved in green building. I've heard that LEEDS is coming to Canada too.

Cheers
