Congratulations on the new job and thanks for sharing some good news. We get enough of the other most days.

Careful about that working construction part time though, unless your really wanting to come back all the way. In my view it's an addiction more than an occupation. Get a taste and you want more. If I won the lottery I'd keep contracting until it was gone.

I am sure you will do well. You have that what ever it takes attitude.
To many people out there just give up, or are to lazy to keep going. You beat the pavement, and it paid off. I wish you all the best!
