Gen Liability For Roofers In Florida

I recently have obtained my roofers license in Florida and I will need to get general liability insurance. I have my specialty contractor license and my insurance is only 600.00 a year. I got a quote for roofing and they want 1500.00 down and 500.00 a month. I'm not even sure at the moment how many roofs I will be doing. Anybody know of any better pricing in the state of florida for roofing. I can't give them an estimate on payroll since I just started. Thanks
