Free Tackifier/dust Control

Hello,
I'm located on Long Island, NY. I have 6 / 50 gallon drums of tackifier which is used in hydroseeding to tack the mulch down. It can also be used for dust control. I am giving this away for free. I can deliver locally or you can pick it up in Holtsville, ny.

Good point, because "tacky" and "hoffa" go together like french ries and ketchup.
