Forclosure Contractor
We would like to start working with banks on securing/winterizing forclosed properties. Do any of you know what this would take and who (what position) in a bank we would contact for this? We've never done anything in a residential setting and would like some advise.
thanks - Jon |

Re: Forclosure Contractor
Have you spoken to your banker about this yet?
Might be a great place to start.

Re: Forclosure Contractor
You need to hook up with the local realtors who handle the forclosures. The national lenders go through them to have this work done. I do some of these locally, and it is easy money. Your locally owned banks, as suggested, are another good place to look.
