Flat-rate Cd,is One Still Floating Around On This Site

I' m trying to incorporate a flat rate structure to compliment my hourly prices. From reading past threads I seen there was a flat rate cd being passed around .I would love to see this.If some one is able to forward this I would be very appreciative, and if not that's ok.The problem is anything I've found on the internet that looks like it suits me is in excess of 1500.00,which is too high for me at this point.Have a good Monday!!
