Fixing Slip Bricks Help


Hi all i have opened a fire place out to the original to house a log burning stove and the brick work is not very good so i have got some slip bricks that are 20mm thk and i am not sure what to use to fix them to the wall due to the heat that will be there any ideas

Hey are you the same Milk-Man that ran away with my....?! - Just kidding, she ran off with the FED EX dude....with his "perfect little package!"


A Special Heat-resistant mortar made with burned clay is used, but I'm not sure of the brand name... Google: Heat-Resistant Mortar...it should come up.
