Finishing Basement
I would like to know what is the best way to finish a Basement? I plan to Drywall it and would like to know if one needs to insulate the Walls? This a a concrete block basement, I plan to use 2X2 on the Walls or even if I have to go with 2X4, which is better? Do you need to put plastic on the walls " Warm Side "? I do not agree with that, but want to do it the the right way. I got into one basement and the had strofoam and plastic on the walls. I took it off and there was "MOLD behind it on the walls not good at all.
If you can please tell me the right way to do this job I would be very greatful for your help.
