FHW Radiant Under Hardwood

I have a customer who wants to heat a wood framed floor over a slab that used to be a breezeway that is now part of the kitchen and the garage is also converted to living space.I have been investigating pex system ,would like to eliminate one radiator and redirect flow under floor. They want strip oak in entire kitchen which isn't the best choice obviously but my real question I guess is has anyone seen how much movement of oak over a radiant floor ? only one leg of L shaped kitchen will be radiant.Looking for a plumber to quote asap in Norwood MA. also
