Fathful Mortar Gun/pointing Gun
just purchased a mortar gun for repointing on two contracts i have.has anyone used this sort of gun before,as i tried it,,and didnt have much success getting mortar out in good flow?mixed at 4/1 mix with plenty of plastisiser,,but just kept getting stuck...any tips of how best to get a good flow of mortar or what mix anyone recomends would be appretiated..thanks,,ken...or it will be o slow process with my jointing iron...might try some silver sand in stead of normal building sand??

I have a quickpoint pointing gun, works great saves a lot of time. Maybe your
Using to much sand or the sand you have is to rough, 4 to 1 mix is good |
