Email From Client...
This is a email i just got from a client.
"Thanks Matt. No problem at all. If all of our contractors were as reliable as you – it would be great! I am happy that your business continues to grow – you deserve it. Thanks. Mike" Made me smile. |

I have got my fair share of those emails as well.
It is what keeps me going everyday.

Re: Email From Client...
That's better than the one I got Tuesday:
Charles, we were unable to fit that dollar amount into this year's spending. However, we were able to get the same project done for significantly less. I'm not sure that I can account for the disparity in price, but we ended up with Marvin Integrity windows and TimberTech composite deck and railings for half of the price you estimated. 'sorry for the bad news, but I thought you would like to know. Thanks for following up.

Re: Email From Client...
His was a little bit better. I will not post my e-mail on my site for other clients to view. UNLESS, he sends one back asking me to redo the other guys job. If my memory serves me correct the material price alone was 50% of my total price. Hopefully the HO feeds the other guy and gives him a gas card.
