dual operating doors

I have a project where I will be installing some windows and doors
three of the door units to be installed will be 12 feet. 4-3foot panels
with the two center ones operating
they need to be easy to use
they will also take some abuse
good seal for mn winters
I would normally never install a unit like this but they fit well for this app
looking for opinions
swinging or sliding(would like screens for either situation)
brand you would use three brands that are easy for me to get
pella, andersen, and marvin open to other suggestions

I may be wrong, but the last time I replaced a 12' Andersen, we had to use a 9' unit with a 3' stationary. I was told they don't do a 12' unit with center operators anymore.
