Drying out an attic - advice wanted

Did an energy audit on a home and found an attic that was:
Not sealed nor properly ventilated. A previous contractor vented the bathroom vent directly into the attic. The hatchway leading into the attic was not air sealed. I expect there are a lot of other entry points into the attic for warm moist air from the living space.

This is the most horrid condensation on the interior of the roof deck I have ever seen. The roof is fairly new and the homeowner claims that the attic is dry during the summer. So I don't think I have any roof leakage issues.

I can't insulate up here until the attic is dried (and yes.. there is mold growing). I have to remove all the existing fiberglass (its wet also), air-seal the attic, vent the bathroom directly to the outside (stop the moisture from getting in to begin with).

I haven't figured out how to dry out the attic before insulating though. I was looking at drying out the attic like I would a crawl space: renting some dehumidifiers, installing some heat lamps, but not sure if this will be enough. Anyone here have suggestions?

Spray the mold growth. Get the air moving with fans and heat it up. Looks like it should be sealed with an anti-mold paint when totally dry.

I think you can also figure on a new roof and new sheathing at this point.

Looks that way. How soft is that wood now? Looks like you could carve it with a butter knife.

Looks like one I am dealing with, I told them that since they screwed around and didnt get dehumidifiers in when I said to, they now need a tear-off and re-sheet. That sucks but, that sheeting will just dry rot from the inside out now.

Didn't stay up there long enough to find out. I left my tyvek suit and cartridge respirator in the car. I started gagging after only a few minutes up there from the mold.
