Does A List Exist????
My husband is convinced that there is a list that lays out all of the prices people charge for specific jobs (the price to frame one window, how much to charge for laying 1 sq. foot of tile etc.) Is there a list of what to people (carpenters!!) are currently charging for jobs? If you know anything, please let me know. Oh, we live in Massachusetts-that might be important.

Of course there is. Every contractor has his own. And they are all different from each other. You need to price according to your own situation. Your overhead, outgoing and incoming cash flow.

I usually make my lists on post-it notes and stick them all over the inside of my windshield. Sometimes I eat them so no one else can see.
