Do You Chew Gum?

I'm trying to eliminate aspartame from my diet, and because I chew at least 5 pieces of gum per day, I was looking for gum with sugar in it. I can't find any except for bubble gum. I like Excel but it's full of chemicals just like all the others! What do you guys chew?

Hey Ron, look up top at the Google ads, one is offering free gum and one is offering it at wholesale prices.

If you are so concerned with what is in your chewing gum, why not make your own?
Here is a good place to find out how:
http://www.gleegum.com/make-gum-kit.htm

Nothing like fresh batch of "Home Brew".

i am trying a simple test of eliminating all artificial sweetners and as many perservatives as i can. i want to see if there are any noticable changes in my health. i am planning to run this test for about a year to see what happens.

Great idea, but too much trouble. I have trouble boiling an egg, never mind make my own gum

Re: Do You Chew Gum?

Ron the trick to this problem is to get SOMEBODY else to do the work for you,.”Sub the work out".
How about volunteering you time to the local school with a real fun project of "Making Your Own Chewing Gum"?
