DIY Pool

I bought an inground pool kit (polymer panels with vinyl liner) and was wondering if anybody on here has done one. I have a friend who put one in last year and it really came out nice. I wanted to help him do it so I could see what was involved but that's when my back crapped out. It has been raining like crazy here in NJ lately but hopefully I'll have the excavator here the end of next week to start.

yep, i build pools ... not a fan of vinyls ... but that's neither here nor there, haha
