Dish Washer Hook Up

This may sound like a dumb question but...
Can you hard line a portable dishwasher?

this house were going to rent out has a portable dish washer and it can only be stored away from the sink and I would like to hard pipe it and not have to worry about the tenants trashing the floor or messing up the faucets.

Not sure what you're asking, you want to hard pipe a portable dishwasher that is going to be moved around?

Re: Dish Washer Hook Up

Some portables have conversion kits available. You would need to set up drain with proper venting.

Looked at converting one once,(for next to a sink, not by itself) decided it was better & easier to buy a new standard DW

Re: Dish Washer Hook Up

I would think you could make a set up like clothes washer with just hot water.

Re: Dish Washer Hook Up

The portable is a regular dishwasher
that has been converted, so it isn't hard
to convert it back.
Every mfg. I've checked with has a kit.
