Dan Sater Design Question


What do you guys think of these blueprints? Pretty complete for stock plans? Better,worse or average quality? Are they generally cost effective designs to build?

Not even a comment from the Florida guys? Just looking for a little insight before ordering for my personal build.I am interior designer by trade but thinking of doing a build on the Sater Design "Nicholas Park #6804".
Any comments would be appreciated.
