Custon Fiberglass Ladder

I'm bidding on some work for a church. Part of bid includes the installation of a fiberglass ladder up the backside of the church. The church is a pentagon, dome-shaped structure. It's about 45-50 ft high. The ladder will need to ascend about 30 feet. Does anyone have a clue where I can have a ladder custom built to work for this scenario? The ladder won't be going straight up. It's will start at about a 13/12 pitch, then change to about a 7/12 pitch.
