Customer Selection

Do you select your customer on an appearance basis?

I know how I select mine. How about you?

Re: Customer Selection

Yes I select my customers but not really on an appearance basis.

I usually can tell if I want to work for them in the first 10 min after meeting them.

Just by listening to them.

Do you look at the cars and the condition of the home also?

Re: Customer Selection

I hate to say it but most of the time yes.

But it hasn't ever been a factor for me not wanting to do a job.
