Hello everyone,

I am new to this site, and are curious if anyone has any information on the proposed Coyote Canyon Theme Park coming to Arizona, I am looking for contact information.
I saw a flyer the other day about a event that they were doing to give contractors information about the project, but I didnt write it down and cant find anything on it now.

I submitted a bid at around 40 Million. I will let you know if I get it. What portion of the work do you want?

Yeah but I can actually get the bond to cover the work. They don't take beer caps

We bid tree fiddy plus all the pudding they could eat. I think we're a shoe-in.

Nothing is going to happen until the first critical steps are taken, to include:
1. Concept ( obtain a new concept and a master planner of parks )
2. Professional Feasibility Analysis
3. Professional Illustrations
4. Professional Business Plan
5. Seriously consider along with a completely different concept, consider a different location.
6. Engage a General Manager and Marketing Manager from the git go.
7. Hire a professional, prime contractor, turnkey theme park director.
8. Convince investors your plan will work and return their investment.
9. Now you have a sustainable and viable leisure attraction.

The State Penitentiary is not far from the proposed site. Could be a source of cheap labor.

Huh, explains why my "leisure attraction" failed. I didn't follow those steps exactly. Here's what I did.

1. Purchased a half dozen old mobile homes.
2. Purchased an acre out in the boonies.
3. Ordered 2 shipping containers of prostitutes from China through a gangster in Seattle.
4. Hired thugs to keep everything orderly.

If only I had Professional Illustrations (had a few customers that couldn't work the rides properly) and hired a Marketing Manager I might be living the good life.

Thanks for the advice for the next time I build a leisure attraction.

Yeah, that and failure to contribute to the sheriffs donut fund finally did me in.

My company has no intention to bid this. With our reputation, we only take serious clients.

I notice in the profile of the person that started this thread, Jordyn, is actually one of the five women.
