Cost Of A Square Footage

Hello everyone,

I've read a lot of posts in this forum and gained a lot of valuable experience and thanks guys. This would be my first time posting. Can anyone give me some help? I need an idea of the approximate close to high standard cost for a square footage of a project with a combination of an extension and a new build in Greenwich, Connecticut? Thanks in advance!

I was reviewing my home ins. earlier this month and called some GC buddies to ask this same question. Around here, it's $200 to $250.

I think you need to reread what you've written here. What exactly is an 'idea of the approximate close to standard'?

What is a 'project with a combination of an extension and a new build'? Is this a house? A barn? An apartment complex? A Frank Lloyd Wright original? A socket set? Plastic surgery?
