Cost Plus


Need Help : How to bill for a cost plus project without leaving out any indirect cost, thank you.

we have a job as cost plus. we bill our costs plus 12%. so we have to have invoices from our subs and for materials. we invoice for anytime that we spend on the site as well. then we add that and add 12% to the total for O&P.
materials also include dumpsters, porta pots, electric bills, signs, everything. all of the gen conditions go on the materials purchased invoice
