Contracts
I was wondering if some of you pros could give me the 411 on how to get contracts. where do you start, where do you find the people who are wanting the work done as I dont see them advertising for it. What then is the process? I do service work a lot of painting and drywall repairs.
Please help With Thanks! |

Re: Contracts
If you have to ask you are probably unqualified to negotiate, sign, perform and get payment on a contract. Your best bet is to sub from another contractor, but that requires a lot of networking.
