Contract
I'm looking for samples of wording that can be used in a contract. I need to recover costs for a major project should there be any delays or stoppages. Any advice would help.

Yes, see your lawyer. Many states are putting strict laws in effect that restrict the way contracts can be written. Many form contracts are no longer enforceable in court including AIA contracts. See your lawyer and make sure the contract you need to have is written correctly and 100% enforceable within the state it will be used.
