Computer Estimating Program
I am looking for the best estimating software for a franchise I am working on. Fire and water damage, local tradesman subs, rs means pricing ect... anyone know of the best ...that is affordable for most...??

The four most used estimating programs that are accepted by carriers are Xactware (State Farm) , MS/B Marshall, Swift Boeteck (Allstate) Powerclaim, & Simsol. Carriers use a prefered program, some even have their own profiles.
If you want into this market you will need to play by the big boys rules. Best of luck

As Big Bob said- if you're focusing on fire/water damage work, forget RS Means data- no one in that industry will accept it, so you might as well use what they'll accept.
