Coming Full Circle

Taking a break from the doom & gloom I was going over the last few jobs where I worked along side my son and a long time employee. I personally trained both of these guys and have been trying to have my toolbelt amputated. The occassions are getting further apart, but the toolbelt does seem persistant.

But working with these 2 I have to admit, they are now showing me a few things that they've picked up. Training the trainer you might say. It feels good and makes me confident that we are moving in the right direction.

Good Luck
Dave

We saved our lunch money and both chipped in to buy it. :>) And actually he got away once and asked to come back. Now he's a partner in charge of production. Thanks to M. Stone he will have an easier path than myself (hope of all hopes).

Good Lucj
