Close the sale ! close close close

whatever you have to do to get the sale. follow up with calls and ask if there is anything you could do> if its price, you ask if you could "modify the order". make sure you know everything about your product as well as the installation, sell yourself and the company. show them pictures. NEVER put down the competition. again, follow up with phone calls. once they are on the hook and show interest,DO NOT LET THEM OFF !

I practice what I preach. A woman called me to say the price was too high(she left a message). i called back and asked if i can stop over to see if i can "somehow modify her contract in order to proceed with her project". She said it was just too high and i again stated that i should stop over and go over a few alternatives that migh interest her,she would have absolutely nothing to lose. i closed the sale a few hours ago !
