sarcasm? Odd structure, but interesting, looks like a well built deck, but in multiple dimensions. lot's of straight lines, but why.

Looks ready for 10 gallons of gas and a road flare, that should remove the hideous blemish from the hillside rather effectively.
To make a long story short...kill it with fire.

Bet it leaks like a sieve. And if it doesn't yet, I bet finding and fixing the problem will be costly at the least. High upkeep. I remember trying to keep a boat deck varnished.
