Changing To Corporate Or Llc In Florida

I know this has probably been brought up before but I am shopping for a CHEAP service that will change my two licenses (CBC, CCC) to an LLC.
My WC wants to charge me myself and I, a roofing rate based on $45000.00.
One thing about Florida construction laws is they seem to keep out the riff-raff. Now the only riff-raff left are the ins. companies and thier retained attorneys lobbying to change more and more laws to thier liking.
Florida should put up road blocks on her boarders and if an insurance company writes ALL types of policies then they are allowed to enter.

If i didnt know any better id say the only rif raf is the lawmakers themselves. Id gladly deal with the illegals if the lawmakers would just leave instead.
