Certified General Contractor Licence


Certified General Contractor,I am willing to qualify someones business that has its own projects, and consider joint venture on certain projects 407-367-9532

Is this the same way as saying "I don't have any work right now but I'm licensed....so if you are a hack with no license but have work....lets get together????
