Building Collapse!
This will be on the news later and I don't have many details myself.
A large 80' 2-3 story building under construction that appeared to be nearly complete collapsed in Chester, Va, a couple of hours ago. They evacuated all the other buildings including the ones with CO's issued. Looking for signs of survivors, but can't get in yet. Unbelieveable!
