I like it! It's called organic design and I've used it on two home designs and a few aircraft.

Here, getting anything new past B&Z is practially impossible and both designs were shot down even with full engineering data that proved that they exceeded the hurricane code with a safety factor of 3.

The planes fly in 1/8 scale R/C.

I'd be concerned with the lack of privacy with all those windows. I could imagine all the neighborhood kids getting a pretty nice stage show when "the bed is a rockin'......"

Nah, I did it labor only, and they provided he materials. I don't think the markup is fair, so I just sent them to home despot with a list. Saves on taxes too.

...just use Fix-All and hardware cloth instead of re-bar and concrete. Saves a ton of dough..... It'll hold up all right.

They did a good job hiding all the uglies like hvac grills, outlets?? Very sparce and clean.

There probably aren't any...you know these artsy architects. Maybe they photoshopped them out for the portfolio shots..
