Any Nc Builders??

Hi ya'll... my names Jackie... im actually an office manager for a custom home builder in Holden Beach NC. Im looking for other local builders, from wilmington/brunswick county/myrtle beach area.... i did a project for my boss and it worked out so great that im trying to start up something on the side.... but im having a problem finding builders...I guess because when i try to explain it it seems "to good to be true" but it isnt... people are skeptical though.... just a quick explanation; i made my boss (Kelly Hewett Builders, Inc) 1000 custom portfolios/folders (they are beautiful) we use them to give to new clients, we also fill them with info and ask our local realtors and Architects to give them out to people... anyway, like i said we made him 1000 of them for FREE.. (we make money by selling ad space in the folders to the builder's subs/suppliers) it works out great for everyone, but none of the builders ive tried to talk to will give me a chance to explain. they all assume there's a catch, and there isnt... so i thought id check this site out; if any of you are builders in the areas i mentioned above i would love to send a sample folder and explain more about what we are doing. it really doesnt cost the builder a dime, and the folders come out great....my email address is jackie9198@hotmail.com
