Any Asbestos Abatement Contractors Here?

A customer of mine was demolishing a drop ceiling in a basement and knocked some insulation loose off ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Turns out it contains 15% asbestos. His wife is freaking out.

He called me if I knew of an asbestos abatement contractor (I don't.. so I didn't recommend him to anyone). Any idea as to what is involved now in abatement / removal as far as a procedure & ballpark costs? This is just for my own knowledge in an effort to belay my ignorance on the issue. The rules I work under with NJ Clean Energy program pretty much stops all energy efficiency improvement work until the asbestos is taken care of.

It really depends on the scope of work involved.

Say 200 linear feet of hydronic pipe and hvac ducts coated in deteriorating fribrous insulation. All exposed and accessible. All located in a basement.
Duct work is very old and leaky.
