Saw "one of those ads" on CL, and I had to send one of my "by the way, I don't do residential work but you might want to watch out for this" e-mails.

Here's his e-mail response. Just got it 1 minute ago:

thanks for all the info. as it turns out we had so many calls and emails i had to stop answering the phone and as soon as i can figure out how to delete the ad i am going to. We ended up making a deal to do pavers instead of the concrete and we are using a reputable company who has everything we need under control.
