Another Gem For Newbies
Stress Management
do not allow stress to consume you to the point that you are not working efficiently. i used to be BAD about stewing over something - and it'd kill a day. there will be problems. expect them. don't fear them. So don't let problems bother you to the point where you are PARALYZED with worry. Don't go looking for them, or creating them --- but accept them for what they are. Sometimes, I'll get to the point where I've got so much to do (usually office-related stuff) that I won't get to sleep. I'll give myself another 20 minute to fall asleep. If I don't ... I get right back outta bed ... make some coffee ... and pull an all-nighter ... point is ... if you're up the creek without a paddle ...learn to bring another one next time no sweat, right

Yeah Dirt, its all good advice. Another thing. Don't get to "Pizzed Off" at the things that will happen. It is going to happen anyway. Ed |
