Another Craigslist Opportunity

I have no idea why I feel compelled to post these cragslist ads, But here is one................Look at all the money he saved by doing it himself.......

Looking for an Apprentice Carpenter or a Handyman (Bedford)

I just finished installing my own crown moulding. However, the connections between the pieces are sometimes uneven and need to be sanded or smoothed to make it more "one continuous piece." The crown mouldings are in the living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. The material of the crown moulding is some sort of foamy material (not exactly polyurethene but something like that). I would like to find someone with reasonable rate and pay by the job. Originally I was quoted $1000 for installation of both simple crown and chair moulding. Therefore, I think just the sanding of crown moulding should be somewhere around $100 or less.

Thanks for looking!

That is until you have to repaint, and then the toothpaste discolors the top coat. Of course that is only after it is dry and the HO calls you back to fix the brown spots on her walls. Dang you Martha!

If I can remember right martha said to fill in the holes with tooth paste to hide them from your land lord.
