Another Builder Stumbles

http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/...tops-Down.html

TH Properties.

I don't know 'em personally, but I know the reputation.
Not good for the industry short-term... maybe better in the long term?

Anyone else have more info?

Re: Another Builder Stumbles

yeah THP , they have projects all over my area . Im 45 mins north of philly.

I ran into someone that works for thp about 2 months ago and i asked ... ... whats involved in being a sub for thp.

And they said , its a bad idea .. they owe alot of subs alot of money....
so I wasnt suprised when I started seeing the story about them shutting down on the local news....
